Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it in accordance with this policy.

2. Conditions for Returns

Returned products must be unopened, sealed, and in their original packaging.
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened food products (including ube powder).
You must return the goods within 14 days after informing us of your decision to cancel.

3. Return Costs

Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service to ensure the safe return of your package.
We will not be responsible for returns lost in transit.

4. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned goods, we will issue a refund within 14 days.
Refunds will include the original delivery costs (standard shipping only).
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@organic-ube.co.uk
In this case, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
